5 Spoke Creamery

At 5 Spoke Creamery, they believe that every turn in the road offers interesting possibilities and salute their willingness to approach life as a journey, one turn at a time. Cheese making follows this idea and involves small batches where you can react to what’s happening in front of you. The same goes for milk-- you need to start with superior quality raw milk from your own grass-fed cows.

Angry Orchard

Angry Orchard is committed to bringing traditional cider varieties and lost heirloom varieties back to the United States. It has been a farm since the 1700s and the first apple trees were planted here around 100 years ago. As such, certain areas of the orchard are designated for new cider apple plantings and varietal research, in collaboration with local institutions and growers.

Atina Foods

The vision at ATINA FOODS is to produce and share holistic food based on traditional knowledge systems using local produce when available. They follow the sacred wisdom of the ancients, that food is medicine and medicine is food.

Drink More Good

More Good was founded in late 2012 with one goal in mind – to make this world a better place. They use locally sourced and organic ingredients to create hand-crafted soda syrup concentrates, tea and tisane concentrates, and bitters. Their mission is simple: global impact through local success.

Great Song Farm

A diverse community farm managed using organic and environmentally sustainable practices. They work to balance the needs of eaters and farmers while providing the utmost care and attention to the soil, the plants, and the ecosystem that we are a part of. We envision a just, accessible, and transparent food system that is economically viable and fulfilling for both farmers and their communities.

Hawthorne Valley Farm

Hawthorne Valley Farm (est. 1972) is a diversified, 900-acre Demeter certified 650A Biodynamic® farm in Columbia County. Their goals are to establish a true Biodynamic farm; to connect children and adults with the land and the food that nourishes them; and to provide agricultural products of the highest quality. 


Highland Farm

Nestled in the heart of the Hudson Valley, Highland Farm has supplied the northeast with the finest all natural, farm-raised venison since 1989. Their farm raised venison is available year-round and be shipped directly to you, and can also be found at local farmers markets, fairs, and festivals throughout the Hudson Valley.

Hudson Valley Distillers

A family run business, veteran owned and operated. Their mission is to create high quality spirits from local ingredients and share them with you on our 14 acre farm. More than just a distillery, they are a destination.  Enjoy a cocktail and a tasting in the Cocktail Grove or take a tour and learn how they make their award winning spirits.  ​

Orange County Distillery

Orange County Distillery is the result of what happens when two small business owners have the same long four month off-season. Almost all operations take place within a small 1600 square foot barn. They will bottle and sell their spirits only when they are completely sure that you’ll not only want to buy one bottle, you’ll want to come back and buy another.

Prospect Hill Orchards

Prospect Hill Orchards has been in the Clarke family for nearly 200 years, and have also been participating in Grow NYC’s Greenmarket program for over 15 years. They grow and sell apples, pears, peaches, cherries, apricots, plums, donut peaches and many berries. Additionally, they also have a variety of fresh baked goods, jams, granola, and fresh pressed cider.

Ronnybrook Dairy Farm

The family owned and operated dairy specializes in some of the Hudson Valley’s finest dairy products, like creamline milk, yogurt, ice cream, and butter. The cows, all descendants of the original herd of Holsteins, are treated like family to ensure the most wholesome, organic products. Ronnybrook Farm Dairy products can be found at stores and farmers markets all over New York.

Screamin' Onionz

Screamin' Onionz takes sliced, Hudson Valley onions and slow cooks them in their own sauces for hours until all the rawness flees. What remains is jam packed with flavor. From there, the onionz go straight into jars and sent straight to the consumer. 

The Ardent Homesteader

The Ardent Homesteader is the home of Cara-Sel salted caramel sauce. Handcrafted in small batches in the Hudson Valley with just five all-natural ingredients: organic sugar, cream, butter, sea salt, and vanilla. Five ingredients. No preservatives. Insanely delicious.


Tongore Brook Farm

The four-season farm in Stone Ridge specializes in organic and sustainable microgreens. The “big flavor grown superfoods” are 4 to 40 times richer in nutrients than regular greens. Powered by solar and geothermal energy, Tongore Brook Farm still sows seeds and harvests by hand. Tongore Brook Farm promises to deliver sustainable, organic greens at affordable prices.

Tuthilltown Spirits Distillery

Tuthilltown Spirits Farm Distillery is New York’s first whiskey distillery since prohibition, distilling some of America’s most prized spirits here in the Hudson Valley. In 2005 Tuthilltown Spirits brought the tradition of small batch spirits production back to the Hudson Valley. Innovation at Tuthilltown is snowballing-- products, cocktails, dishes, and tour improvements are brought to fruition each week.

Whitecliff Vineyard

Whitecliff Vineyard & Winery celebrates its 20th vintage year in 2018. As one of the Hudson Valley's largest vineyards with over 20 varieties of grapes planted onsite, Whitecliff boasts beautiful views of the Shawangunk Ridge from its location in Gardiner. Owners and founders Michael and Yancey Migliore offer European Vinifera varietals such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Riesling, as well as new hybrids.
