Westmeadow Farm & Dairy
Westmeadow Farm has a herd of 150 milking Jersey cows. Most are producing milk that contains only one type of protein, the A2 beta-casein. They are developing the herd every day, growing closer to an all A2-A2 group. Using this high quality milk allows them to make sharp and flavored cheddars, artisanal goat cheese, and cheese curds, plain and multiple flavors. All of their cheese is made at their brand new creamery in Johnstown, NY!
